Role Description:

As a Junior Data Analyst at INSIDEA, you will work closely with our experienced analysts and other departments to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect, process, and clean data from various sources for analysis.
2. Assist senior data analysts in analyzing large datasets to derive meaningful insights.
   
3. Create visualizations and dashboards to help other departments understand and act on your findings.
4. Learn and apply statistical testing and methods to provide actionable insights.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and tailor analyses accordingly.
6. Document and present findings in an easily digestible manner for non-technical stakeholders.
7. Continuously seek opportunities to learn and improve analytical skills and stay updated with industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Basic understanding of data analytics tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python or R).
