Executive (Marine HR), Crew Change

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for maritime operations and crew welfare As an integral part of the Marine HR team, you will play a critical role in managing ship staff rotations, ensuring cost-effective crew changes, and upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance. Join our team in Mumbai to support a global fleet through efficient logistics and dedicated personnel management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute efficient, cost-effective crew changes for ship staff across the fleet.
• Manage flight bookings and international travel arrangements in compliance with company policy.
• Liaise with port agents and manning offices to facilitate smooth crew transitions.
• Ensure all shipboard personnel maintain valid licenses, certificates, and flag documents.
• Oversee medical cases by coordinating with company doctors and monitoring treatment progress.
• 
  Update and maintain accurate records in the COMPAS database and departmental folders.
• Plan and organize office briefings and debriefings for Masters and Chief Engineers.
• Verify crew documentation and officers matrices prior to vessel inspections and audits.
• Manage maritime crew visas and regional compliance for specific ports and territories.
• Approve and monitor cash to master (CTM) requests and commission charges.

Requirements

• Minimum of a diploma or equivalent qualification

  Get Hired
  At least 1 to 2 years of experience in marine HR operations preferred
• Proficiency in basic IT tools including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
• An appreciation for and ability to work effectively with cultural diversity
• Sound knowledge of fleet HR processes and maritime operations
• Prior sailing experience with EPS is considered an advantage
