Marine HR Recruitment Executive

As a key member of the Marine HR team you will be a part of our operational needs, ensuring every vessel is manned by qualified, high-performing seafarers. This is a critical opportunity to drive recruitment strategy and professional standards in a fast-paced, international shipping environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate ship staff recruitment to meet fleet manpower requirements.
• Process recruitment applications for all positions, including senior officers and engineers.
• Screen and match candidate profiles against rank, vessel type, and engine requirements.
• Collaborate with global manning offices to ensure compliance with company policies and STCW standards.
• Organize interview schedules and coordinate the selection process with fleet management teams.
• 
  Develop and implement manpower strategies that align with company KPIs and objectives.
• Maintain data accuracy within crewing software and track the status of all submitted candidates.
• Conduct monthly manpower analysis and prepare quarterly marine HR reports for management review.
• Liaise with external agents to manage recruitment advertisements across social media and industry publications.
• Monitor internal communication platforms to ensure seafarer engagement and compliance with standards.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, human resources management, or a related field.

  Get Hired
  Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in maritime recruitment role.
• In-depth understanding of STCW, MLC 2006, and relevant maritime regulations.
• Proficiency in crew management systems and standard office software like MS Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage global stakeholders.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a result-oriented mindset.
• Sailing experience with EPS is considered a distinct advantage.
