- Stay updated on payroll and tax regulations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to payroll.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
- Prepare payroll reports as required.
- Coordination:
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to gather necessary information for payroll processing.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any payroll discrepancies.
- Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and provident fund.
- Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office applications.

- Excellent communication skills to address employee queries and communicate payroll-related information effectively.
