We are hiring for SR Associates AR & Pre-Auth.

Job Summary:We are conducting a Walk-in Drive for experienced professionals in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for Senior AR and Pre-Authorization roles. Candidates with strong domain knowledge and hands-on process experience are encouraged to attend.

Key Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable (AR)

• End-to-end AR follow-up with insurance companies
  
• Denials analysis and appeals management
• Handling aging reports & reducing AR days
• EOB analysis and payer communications
• Knowledge of Physician / Hospital Billing preferred

Pre-Authorization (Pre-Auth)

• Initiating and tracking prior authorization requests
• Insurance verification & eligibility checks
• Coordination with payers and provider offices
• Documentation and timely submission of authorization requests
• Understanding of CPT/ICD codes preferred

Eligibility Criteria:

• Min 1.06 Years of AR or Prior-Auth Exp is mandatory
• Strong communication & analytical skills
