Electrical Engineering Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer who can lead the electrical execution teams for MEP projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the site electrical works while ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all electrical activities at project sites and coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other MEP teams (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing).
  
• Review and understand electrical drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, and project scope; ensure proper execution as per approved designs.
  
• Prepare daily/weekly work schedules and assign tasks to site engineers and supervisors for smooth work progress.
  
• Monitor installation works such as cable laying, panel installation, earthing, lighting, power distribution, DB dressing, cable tray & conduit works, etc.
  
• 
  Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers for inspections, progress updates, and approvals.
  
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, verify quantities, and maintain material usage reports.
  
• Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), work measurement sheets, and assist in preparing running bills.
  
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and statutory requirements.
  
• Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks and provide timely corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
  

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Electrical systems in MEP Projects (Industrial/Commercial/Infrastructure).

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
  
• 58 years of experience in MEP / Electrical Execution Projects.
  
• Experience in coordinating with multiple site teams is essential.
