Job Description
- As a First-Level Technical Support Specialist at our institute, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to internal users. Your duties will include installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop hardware and software. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution of IT support tickets while maintaining SLAs.
In addition, you will assist in system upgrades, patch management, and backup operations. It will be your responsibility to maintain IT documentation and asset records accurately. You will collaborate with vendors for procurement and support services and contribute to maintaining security protocols and user access rights within the organization.
Your role will also involve managing the functioning of the Zoom app, handling WATI software operations, and integrating apps with existing systems. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing Pebbly platform operations and supporting automation and AI initiatives as part of the IT team.
