Finance & Accounting Internship In Bangalore

Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include

• Gathering data:
• Collaborating with the Customer Success (CSS), Sales, and Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) teams to gather relevant data required for various business processes.
• Coordinating data in Zoho:
• Utilizing the Zoho platform to organize and coordinate collected data efficiently.
• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within Zoho by implementing proper data management practices.
• Verification and rectification:
• Verifying the gathered data by reconciling it with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) portal or other relevant sources.
  
• Rectifying any discrepancies or errors identified during the reconciliation process to maintain data accuracy.
• Executing KC requirements:
• Executing knowledge center (KC) requirements as per the established guidelines and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with KC standards and protocols while handling and processing data.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or related field.

  Proven experience in data coordination or similar roles.
• Proficiency in using Zoho or similar CRM platforms for data management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile and verify data accurately.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and procedures is advantageous.
