Responsibilities Include
Transcription of Medical Reports:

• Listen to dictated recordings from healthcare professionals in US, including physicians, nurses, and other medical staff.
• Accurately transcribe medical reports, including patient histories, physical examinations, diagnostic studies, consultations, and discharge summaries.
  

Maintaining Accuracy

• Ensure the accuracy of transcriptions by reviewing and editing as necessary.
• Research and verify medical terminology and abbreviations to maintain precision.
  

Adherence To Guidelines

• Follow established guidelines and formatting standards for medical transcriptions.
• Comply with legal and confidentiality requirements regarding patient information.
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with healthcare professionals to clarify unclear dictations and ensure accurate transcriptions.
