Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Specialist – Digital Marketing to plan and deliver high-impact, audience-focused digital campaigns for our client in Abu Dhabi. This role requires strong hands-on experience across digital channels, the ability to manage content and campaigns end-to-end, and a clear understanding of how to drive engagement, reach, and measurable outcomes. Candidates who have worked with government or semi-government entities, and understand structured environments, approvals, and brand governance, will be strongly preferred.
This is a renewable 6-month role in the organization and reports to the Marketing Manager in the Marketing & Communications department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across owned, paid, and earned channels, ensuring alignment with overall brand and communication strategies
- Manage and oversee digital content across websites, landing pages, and digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality at all stages
- Support the development and execution of social media strategies, including content calendars, publishing plans, and performance tracking across key platforms
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, including brand, communications, and technical teams, as well as external agencies, to ensure smooth delivery and adherence to brand guidelines
- Handle multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously, ensuring timelines, approvals, and deliverables are met within structured environments
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics, providing clear insights, trends, and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by supporting the adoption of new tools, platforms, and best practices within the Marketing & Communications function
- Ensure compliance with brand, regulatory, and governance requirements, particularly within government or semi-government frameworks
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media, with strong exposure to campaign execution and optimization
- Prior experience working with government or semi-government organizations is highly preferred, with an understanding of approval processes, stakeholder management, and structured communication environments
- Experience within corporate, multinational, or large-scale organizations is required
- Exposure to regional or international brand campaigns is an advantage
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid media, web content, and analytics tools
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights and recommendations
- Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills with attention to detail and quality
