Job Description
- As an intern in the Talent Acquisition/AI Data Services field, you will have the opportunity to work remotely for a duration of 6 months with the potential for a full-time conversion. Your responsibilities will include connecting with Key Account Managers (KAM) for requirements, managing daily plans, screening and shortlisting candidates, engaging with KAM for updates, providing reports and feedback as needed, and conducting daily calls with 120 candidates.
The key skill required for this role is strong English communication. In return for your contributions, you will receive a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and the possibility of a full-time position within 6 months, with the role based in Gurgaon and requiring on-site work.
