Job Description

Key Responsibilities :
Functional Investor Communication

Preparation of quarterly investor presentations, earnings releases, investor letters, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors as applicable

Preparation of annual reports, sustainability reports, MD&A, Chairmans communication for shareholders

Prepare investor presentations for industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors as applicable

Creation of collaterals to support management for earnings calls and other investor connects

Prepare & Publish shareholding dashboards

Resolve investor queries

Intelligence & Research

Perform comprehensive competitive analytics.

Perform internal business analysis including financial metrics and potential differentiation seen.

Monitor operational changes in businesses through business SPOCS and develop investor relations messages based on these changes.

Monitor investor queries, IR data, Shareholding patters and summarize key insights from these for management.

Research & prepare management reports on market & business dynamics competitive landscape, industry trends, and economic undulations

Projects

Participate in strategic projects requiring business & functional acumen

Contribute to investor relations strategy

Job Requirements
Qualification : CA/ MBA

Experience : 3- 6 Years
Functional - Excellent Presentation Skills

Understanding of financial metrics, financial business numbers & metrics

Financial data tools, and various analytical methods

Competent in performing research and reports making

Behavioral

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Critical & Analytical Thinking
