Associate/Manager - Treasury/ALM/FTP - Banking

Our client is a leading global banking institution delivering specialized, industry-focused services to clients worldwide. They are currently seeking an Associate, who'll support the global ALM team with a strong focus on Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) team in Powai.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain FTP frameworks and policies.
- Support IRRBB analytics and Treasury P&L reviews.
- Analyse funding / liquidity indicators and drive cost allocation models.
- Collaborate on system enhancements and FTP curve updates.
- Liaise with Product Control and business units on framework implementation.

To be eligible for this role you will require:
- 5-6 years of experience in Treasury, ALM, or Finance Reporting (preferably in Investment Banking).
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
- Expertise in Excel, knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, Python a plus.
- Qualification: CA / MBA Finance (CFA / FRM preferred).
