Role Description

This is a contract-based, fully remote position for a Telesales Specialist. In this role, you will engage with potential clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and guide them through the enrollment process. Responsibilities include nurturing leads, managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. You will work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and participate in ongoing training to enhance customer interaction techniques.
