Job Overview
Edsom Fintech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. This is a full-time, position requiring a candidate with up to six years of work experience. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving the companys growth by promoting our financial services, maintaining client relations, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Proven track record in sales with a minimum 1 years of relevant work experience, ideally in the financial services or related sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills to successfully close deals and foster beneficial terms with clients and partners.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating clear and effective interactions with clients.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies that align with company objectives to drive revenue growth.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management to build and maintain lasting client partnerships and enhance client satisfaction.
  • In-depth product knowledge to effectively present and differentiate our financial services to potential clients.
  • Ability to prospect for new clients to expand the customer base and identify opportunities for increasing sales leads.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet sales targets within set deadlines.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, contributing to the companys overall growth objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any client issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions through CRM software.
