Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

• Maintain HR databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as preparing reports and handling general inquiries.
