Role Overview
Edumont Classes seeks a passionate and results-driven Inside Sales Executive/ Program Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in building meaningful connections with prospective students, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards the best courses to support their academic and professional goals. Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in EdTech Sales
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Actively follow up on leads through phone, email, and messaging platforms to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
2. Consultative Selling
- Understand prospective students educational and career requirements to recommend tailored courses or programs.
- Address queries on course details, structure, fees, and enrollment processes with clarity and confidence.
3. Sales Conversion
- Achieve or surpass monthly enrollment targets through effective communication and closing strategies.
- Ensure high conversion rates by personalizing engagement and creating value for prospective students.
4. CRM Management
- Update and manage leads and interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Generate periodic sales reports to track performance metrics and identify improvement areas.
5. Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to optimize the sales funnel.
- Provide actionable feedback on customer behavior, preferences, and challenges to refine campaigns and strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- A bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in EdTech salesor a similar sales-focused role.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
