Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing introducer commission activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, introducers, and the UK finance team. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, the ability to handle high-pressure situations, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage Commissions Email Inbox
- Monitor and manage the common commissions email inbox.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming emails.
- Address introducer-related queries, including:
- Student status updates
- Updates on introducer statements
- Payment status updates
2. Prepare and Manage Introducer Statements
- Prepare introducer commission statements accurately.
- Circulate statements to the respective internal teams for review/approval.
- Receive invoices related to introducer statements and validate them as per internal records.
- Share validated invoices with the UK finance team for processing.
- Handle invoice discrepancies by coordinating with introducers to obtain corrected invoices.
- Update Master Data to mark received invoices as paid.
3. Commission Calculation & Compliance
- Calculate commission payable to introducers/agents based on agreed commission terms and contracts.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and contractual agreements.
4. General Responsibilities
- Complete all assigned tasks within the given timelines and with high accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data consistency across CRM, Master Data, and internal records.
- Work efficiently in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams must be a strong team player.

- Support the finance team with additional tasks as and when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally and calmly.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and financial tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in commission processing, finance operations, or introducer/agent management is a plus.
- Knowledge of international education processes is an added advantage.
