Job Summary
:We are looking for a Business Development Manager responsible for driving growth by identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and providing technical solutions to clients in various industrial segments including Pharmaceutical, Data Centres, Chemical, HVAC, Semiconductor, Battery, Energy Storage, etc.
The role involves engaging at early project stages, understanding customer requirements, and offering tailored solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships in high-growth, technology-driven industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in various industrial segments including Pharmaceutical, Data Centres, Chemical, HVAC, Semiconductor, Battery, Energy Storage, etc.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as end users, design consultants, EPCs, OEMs, and other decision-makers and influencer.
• Conduct market research to track industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer requirements
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within project business division.
• Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable products and solutions to customers and sales teams.
• Build key accounts within project division, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of customer queries.
• Build and track project pipelines and ensure alignment with timelines and customer expectations
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to support targeted campaigns
• Represent the company at industry events, seminars, exhibitions, and technical forums

• Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and advancements in industrial segments.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field)
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Engineering roles
• Strong technical understanding of industrial processes and applications
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and project and sales reporting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
