Role Description:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube).
• Create and curate engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels) aligned with brand voice and business goals.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics; adjust strategies based on insights and analytics.
  
• Manage social media calendars and coordinate with content creators, designers, and other departments.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online community presence.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand brand reach.
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the digital ads team.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong communication skills
• Content Strategy and Writing abilities
• Experience in developing and implementing social media campaigns
• Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
