Role Description:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube).
- Create and curate engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels) aligned with brand voice and business goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics; adjust strategies based on insights and analytics.
- Manage social media calendars and coordinate with content creators, designers, and other departments.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online community presence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand brand reach.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the digital ads team.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
