Role Description :

This role is based in Bangalore and will oversee our Bangalore media operations.
- We are hiring the second layer of leadership within our Retail Media Performance Marketing practice to work alongside consumer brands with a goal of revenue expansion basis media execution basis market intelligence.
This role with report to respective business heads :
- Ideal aspirants should have hands on experience on Qcom (Blinkit, Swig, Zepto) and Ecom (Amazon, Flipkart) performance marketing.
- She/He should have good understanding of linking category and platform insights to performance marketing actions.
- The role will be very hands on will involve strategy, planning alongside full ownership of execution of campaigns (including keyword harvesting, bid changes, report creation) using our automation tool.

Qualifications :
- 4-7 years of experience in e-commerce performance marketing esp Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit etc.
- Experience in executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for performance improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- MBA preferred.
