Domestic Inbound & Outbound Voice Process (Travel/Airline).
Handling ticket bookings, flight scheduling & rescheduling, cancellations, fare queries, and working on travel software systems efficiently.
Good English communication skills required.
Customer handling mindset
UG with 6+ months’ experience or graduate freshers can apply.
Any 5-day week, majorly day shifts (rotational)
No age limit.
Cab (night) & shuttle (day).
Handling ticket bookings, flight scheduling & rescheduling, cancellations, fare queries, and working on travel software systems efficiently.
