Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management (WFM) QA & Support Specialist with expertise in WFM systemspreferably UKG Pro WFM (or similar platforms like Kronos, Workforce Central (WFC), ADP, Ceridian, or SAP SuccessFactors). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA testing, implementation, and support of WFM solutions, ensuring smooth operation while adhering to SLAs.
This role involves manual and automated testing of various WFM modules (Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, Scheduling, Forecasting, HR, Payroll) along with client communication via WSR/MSR status reports.
Key Responsibilities:
WFM Implementation & Support:
- Provide technical and functional support for WFC or UKG Pro WFM applications within defined SLA timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and system-related issues for WFM clients.
- Assist in configuring and maintaining WFM modules including Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Scheduling, Payroll, Forecasting, and HR.
- Ensure seamless rollout of WFM upgrades and patches, validating their impact on existing configurations.
Quality Assurance (QA) & Testing:
- Perform manual and automated testing for all WFM modules.
- Conduct end-to-end system testing, integration testing, and regression testing to validate system performance.
- Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans for new WFM features and configurations.
- Identify, track, and report bugs, defects, and system inconsistencies.
- Work closely with developers and implementation teams to ensure high-quality deployments.
Client Communication & Reporting:
- Prepare and present Weekly Status Reports (WSR) and Monthly Status Reports (MSR) to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth issue resolution and implementation success.
- Document test results, defect logs, and resolutions to improve QA and support processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
? 6+ years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) QA, Implementation, or Support.
? Strong experience in any WFM product, preferably UKG Pro WFM, Workforce Central (WFC), or similar platforms.

? Hands-on experience in manual & automated testing of WFM modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Scheduling, Forecasting, HR, Payroll).
? Strong understanding of WFM principles, payroll processes, compliance, and workforce planning.
? Experience preparing WSR/MSR reports and presenting them to clients.
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under defined SLAs.
? Knowledge of ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) for tracking issues.
? Familiarity with SQL queries for troubleshooting data-related issues.
Good-to-Have Skills:
? Automation testing experience with tools like Selenium, UFT, or Tosca.
? Scripting knowledge (Python, Java, or Groovy) for automation.
? Knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST Assured) for integrations.
? Experience working in Agile environments.
