About the Role:

We are a team of gaming enthusiasts on a mission to create innovative and engaging skill-based real-money games. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide valuable assistance to ensure a positive gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information about products and services.

Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.

Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service quality.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer support and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service or support role.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions and maintaining a positive customer experience.
