Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drives the vision, design, strategy, and implementation of smart, innovative Data based solutions to optimize business processes.
• Create innovative solutions and IP for the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
• Develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and statistical models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Analyze large, complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and improve model performance.
• Tackles high-level challenges and balances quality software with speed.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling data visualizations and presentations.

Skill Sets:

• Up to date with BigData, Data Science, AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, developments and innovations.
• Good Computer Science fundamentals on Data structures, algorithms, handling mathematics and statistics.
• Experience in forecasting, recommender systems, route optimization, supply chain planning, or related areas is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of Software design and engineering practices.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Tableau) and SQL databases.
• Sharp analytical skills and problem solving attitude.
