Accela Quality Analyst

This position is responsible for testing software solutions, both functionally and technically. This work is primarily associated with the Accela application and will also include work with other applications supported by the Accela.

Get Hired

o Perform testing and regression testing of new and existing solutions.
o Document and track defects.
o Participate in the creation of new functional and technical specification documents with an eye toward precision and testability.
o Perform root cause analysis of defects in preproduction and production environments.
o Create and execute test cases, both manual and automated.
o Contribute to ongoing improvement of team QA processes, templates, and best practices.

Collaboration:
o Consult on best practice approaches to implementation.
o Identify and correct defects.
o Liaison with the EPIC Team and Accela to document and remediate product defects.
o Stay up to date on new platform features and coach and mentor other clients team members on how they apply to Accela implementation.
o Provide estimated efforts and contribute to work planning.
