Job Description

Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and trend-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
This role requires a strong understanding of retail content, viral trends, and end-to-end execution, including coordinating content shoots, managing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand presence across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow brand presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Plan and maintain a structured content calendar
  • Identify and align products with current trends and viral formats
  • Create and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, and stories
  • Coordinate with on-ground teams/stores for content shoots and event coverage
  • Work closely with design and marketing teams for content execution
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
  • Stay updated with latest social media trends and platform updates
  • Manage and coordinate influencer collaborations and gifting campaigns
Candidate Requirements
  • 3–4 years of experience in Social Media Management
  • Proven experience working with retail brands (floral industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram strategies
  • Experience in content planning and remote coordination of shoots
  • Ability to manage social media operations independently
  • Good understanding of UAE market and audience behavior
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Growth in followers and engagement across platforms

  • Content calendar adherence and consistency

Work Conditions
  • Hybrid Role
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Must be available for real-time coordination during campaigns and events
  • Ability to manage remote collaboration with on-ground teams
