Requirement 1: 4+ years in Digital Marketing (Paid Ads) & SMM

About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Paid Ads to manage and optimize high-budget campaigns across multiple industries, including e-commerce, legal services, insurance, branding, real estate, education, healthcare, and more. This role will require you to be the go-to expert for paid media strategies, delivering performance-driven results while managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing large-scale paid media campaigns, optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI, and driving measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. Drive brand visibility, lead generation, and conversions for clients across diverse industries.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. This includes managing bids, budgets, targeting, ad creatives, and landing pages to ensure cost-effective ad spend and superior performance.
- A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization: Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, targeting, and landing pages to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
- Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Google Tag Manager, and others to measure, track, and report on campaign performance. Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Client Communication & Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with regular updates on campaign performance, suggesting strategic improvements, and explaining results in an understandable and actionable way.
- Budget & ROI Management: Oversee and allocate advertising budgets effectively across channels, ensuring cost-efficient strategies that maximize ROI and meet client objectives.
- Industry-Specific Paid Media Strategies: Develop tailored paid advertising strategies for clients in industries like e-commerce, real estate, insurance, healthcare, education, branding, etc., each with unique targeting, ad formats, and performance goals.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, trends, and new ad features across platforms to stay ahead of the curve and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in paid media to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with content, design, and analytics teams to create compelling ad creatives, optimize landing pages, and ensure campaigns align with client goals and brand messaging.
Requirements:
- Proven Paid Ads Expertise: At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
- Campaign Management: Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize large-scale paid media campaigns, delivering exceptional results in terms of ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), lead generation, and sales conversions.
- Data-Driven & Analytical: Strong ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and implement performance optimization strategies. Comfortable working with advanced analytics tools and making data-informed decisions.
- Budget Management: Extensive experience managing substantial ad budgets across multiple channels and ensuring that client objectives are met while maximizing return on investment.
- Experience Across Industries: Knowledge of running paid media campaigns across a variety of industries, including e-commerce, legal services, insurance, healthcare, real estate, and others.
- A/B Testing Expertise: Experience with designing and conducting A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance metrics like CTR and conversion rates.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain campaign results to clients, collaborate with internal teams, and provide clear, actionable insights.

- Adaptability & Innovation: Ability to adapt paid media strategies for different industries and continuously test new strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking and analytics tools.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) skills, including landing page design and funnel optimization.
- Remarketing & Retargeting: Expertise in setting up and managing remarketing campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of Other Paid Media Platforms: Experience with other paid channels will be a plus
- Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to create compelling ad copy, choose the right creatives, and develop strategic targeting that speaks to the clients audience.
