Position: Intern - Event Management Group

Duration- 6months

Location: Noida Sector - 62 (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, and execute end to end global B2B / corporate summits, conferences, and seminars

2. Develop event concepts and themes that align with company objectives and audience preferences

3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events

4. Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within budget

5. Source and negotiate with 4-5 star hotels

6. Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for event logistics and services

9. Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for future improvements

10. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event management

Requirements:

1. Bachelor&aposs degree in event management, or related field

2. Experience in end to end corporate event planning and management

3. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

5. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required
