Job Title: Payroll Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 8 - 12 Years

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in payroll governance, compliance, process optimization, and stakeholder management, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Oversee payroll operations for large employee populations, ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Partner closely with US and global stakeholders to align payroll processes with global policies and standards.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory deductions, and payroll audits.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and payroll transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Manage payroll-related queries and ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Prepare and present payroll reports, MIS, and analytics for leadership and global stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a payroll operations team, ensuring high levels of accuracy, compliance, and service delivery.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to governance standards.
Key Requirements:
- 8 - 12 years of experience in payroll operations with exposure to large-scale payroll environments.

- Proven experience collaborating with US or global stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance, taxation, statutory requirements, and audits.
- Experience managing payroll vendors and payroll systems/tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume payroll operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with global payroll platforms or HRIS systems.
- Exposure to payroll transformation, automation, or process improvement initiatives.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a payroll operations team.
