Role Overview
We are looking for a VP Sales to lead revenue growth through a hunter-driven enterprise sales approach. This role will own new business acquisition, build and scale high-performing sales teams, and drive strategic GTM initiatives in the cybersecurity market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market segments
- Build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams (enterprise sales, inside sales, and channel partners)
- Engage with CXOs, CISOs, and senior stakeholders to close complex, high-value deals
- Develop strong partnerships with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to drive conversions
- Establish robust sales processes, metrics, and governance to ensure predictable revenue
- Mentor and coach sales leaders and individual contributors to consistently exceed targets
Must-Have Requirements:
- 12+ years of B2B / Enterprise sales experience, with a strong hunting background
- Proven experience selling cybersecurity solutions (SaaS, cloud security, IAM, GRC, risk, etc.)

- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and security decision-makers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have:
- Experience working with startups or scale-ups in the cybersecurity space
- Exposure to global or APAC enterprise customers
- Existing network with CISOs, CIOs, and security leaders
