Strategic Market Access Manager

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of the market access team, developing and implementing strategies to ensure patient access to Eli Lilly's innovative medicines in India.

What you will do: You will conduct market research, analyze healthcare policies, and build relationships with key stakeholders in the Indian healthcare system.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement market access strategies for Eli Lilly products in India.
• Conduct market research to understand the Indian healthcare landscape.
• Analyze healthcare policies and regulations to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Indian healthcare system, including government officials, payers, and healthcare providers.
  
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate market access strategies and results.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or Master's degree in a related field (Public Health, Healthcare Management).
• 2-4 years of experience in market access or related field in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare system and market access landscape.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
