Strategic Planning Manager - Pharmaceuticals

What role you will play in team: You will be a vital member of the strategic planning team, contributing to the development and execution of long-term strategies for Eli Lilly's pharmaceutical business in India.

What you will do: You will conduct market analysis, assess competitive landscapes, and develop recommendations for new product launches and market expansion.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis within the pharmaceutical industry in India.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for new product launches and market expansion.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Prepare detailed market assessments and financial projections.
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, regulatory) to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business strategies.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic planning or market research within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of the Indian pharmaceutical market and regulatory landscape.
• Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
