About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Visa Sales Consultant (preferred nationalities: Indian, Pakistani, Nepali) to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in visa processing, immigration services, and client sales. You will play a key role in advising clients on visa requirements, driving sales, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on visa applications, immigration processes, and document requirements for UAE/Dubai and other countries.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into confirmed clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions.
  
• Stay updated on changing immigration laws, visa policies, and government regulations.
• Prepare and submit accurate visa applications while ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Address client inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in visa sales, immigration consultancy, or related fields.
• Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE/Dubai visa processes (e.g., employment, tourist, residency).
• Exceptional communication skills in English (additional languages like Hindi/Urdu/Nepali are a plus).
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
• Female candidates from India, Pakistan, or Nepal are strongly encouraged to apply.
