We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive for our clients Building Materials division in Sierra Leone. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the building materials industry and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics. This role involves developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth while contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Position : Sr Executive Sales - Building Materials

Location : Sierra Leone Africa

Salary : 1500 to 2000 USD plus allowance

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the building materials sector.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key clients, contractors, and distributors in Sierra Leone.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the building materials industry.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions, product performance, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-20 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of the construction and building materials market in Sierra Leone.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
