Job Description

The ideal candidate for this job will connect well with users, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to enhance their experience. You must possess excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service to excel in this role.

Your primary responsibilities will include being the main point of contact for our users and creators, with a focus on improving creator engagement and retention through the implementation of training and moderation strategies. Collaborating with the Product and Moderation teams, you will be involved in launching and optimizing new features that enhance user engagement, retention, and monetization.
Furthermore, you will be tasked with identifying, training, and mentoring micro-influencers within the ecosystem to elevate the quality of creators and drive monetization. It is essential to stay updated on new social media trends, insights, and best practices and leverage this knowledge to boost engagement and platform growth.

To qualify for this position, you should have relevant experience in operations, campaigns, or community management. A strong understanding of culture and language, coupled with proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools, is crucial. Your interpersonal and communication skills will play a key role in building relationships, and familiarity with app-based user engagement metrics and tools is necessary for data analysis to drive decision-making.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to successful completion. You must possess a cross-functional mindset, be capable of managing multiple projects and priorities, and exhibit strong problem-solving skills with an analytical approach. Proficiency in spoken English and either Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada is mandatory for this role.,
