Job Description
- You will be part of a dynamic team at Elsner Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a leading IT service company established in 2007. As a fresh graduate, you will have the opportunity to work in Ahmedabad with a group of over 250 employees.
Your primary responsibilities will include communicating effectively with customers through calls, emails, and chats to address their queries. You will be expected to handle a minimum of 30 calls and 50 emails daily. Additionally, you will support in the preparation and management of invoices, maintain customer records in the CRM system, gather feedback, and assist in resolving basic customer issues.
To excel in this role, you should be either pursuing or have recently completed a degree. Strong communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and basic knowledge of MS Excel and invoicing tools are preferred. Being able to multitask, stay organized, and work collaboratively with the team are essential qualities for this position.
