Job Description
- As a Sales Executive at Elsner Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will play a vital role in driving B2B sales for the SaaS ERP platform Weekmate. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting them into qualified opportunities
- Preparing and delivering compelling demos tailored to client needs
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals with a consultative approach
- Maintaining strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Working closely with product and marketing teams to relay market feedback
- Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 3-4 years of proven experience in SaaS or ERP product sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle the end-to-end sales cycle independently
- Exposure to CRM tools and sales reporting
Preferred qualifications include prior experience at companies like Keka, Zoho, or similar HRMS/ERP providers, as well as experience in SaaS product positioning and consultative selling.
