Recruitment Intern (Delivery) – Market Mapping & Talent Sourcing

We're hiring a Recruitment Intern (Delivery) to support our delivery consultants with market mapping, talent sourcing, and candidate administration. This is a hands-on, learn-fast role for someone who wants real exposure to executive search and professional recruitment.

What you'll do (day to day)

• Build market maps: identify target companies, structures, and relevant talent pools
• Support talent sourcing across LinkedIn and other platforms (boolean/X-ray basics)
• Create and maintain candidate shortlists aligned to role requirements

• Write clear candidate summaries and keep notes organised
• Support outreach: initial messages, follow-ups, and scheduling support (as needed)
• Maintain accurate data in trackers/CRM and keep pipelines tidy
• Assist with job postings, CV formatting, and general delivery admin

What we're looking for

• Strong English communication (written and verbal)
• Comfortable with LinkedIn and online research; curious and detail-oriented
• Organised, responsive, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Professional, discreet, and respectful with confidential information
• A get it done attitude and willingness to learn recruitment fundamentals

Nice to have

• Exposure to recruitment, sales, customer service, or research
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn search / boolean strings
