Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals. The role also involves conducting market research and analysis, preparing reports, and presenting key findings and sales strategies to senior management.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong strategic planning and market analysis skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the IT industry, especially in Enterprise Networking, Managed Services, and Cybersecurity, is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Must have Network Integration or Cybersecurity solution sales knowledge and done hardware sales.
