Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and drive end-to-end hiring operations, manage client/stakeholder relationships, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality talent across roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles (mid to senior level)
- Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets
- Drive sourcing strategies including headhunting, networking, and market mapping
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hires
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, conversion ratio, and pipeline health
- Handle client communication, requirement understanding, and feedback loops
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and employer branding
Key Requirements:

- 6-10 years of experience in recruitment (Consulting/Staffing preferred)
- Proven experience in managing a team and handling multiple mandates
- Strong expertise in mid and senior-level hiring
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
