Overview:
Lead the creative vision for our partner universities launching across India. 12+ years delivering iconic B2C campaigns from top agencies (WATConsult, Leo Burnett) and brands, now scaling impact through a lean team of designers + copywriters.
Role Impact
- Shape Partner Universities creative identity across all marketing collaterals.
- Single POC bridging GTM and brand strategy.
- Your vision drives student acquisition through differentiated, high-conversion creatives that stand out in competitive higher ed markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and set OKRs for designers + copywriters. Conduct reviews, build creative excellence.
- Brand Differentiation: Define visual hierarchy, brand guidelines, and unique creative identities for 6 universities (Aberdeen, UWA, etc.).
- GTM Execution: Single point of contact for GTM leads. Translate briefs into campaign-ready assets across 50+ channels.
- Design Evolution: Partner with Head of Brand to evolve design language.
- Campaign Ownership: Concept, strategize, and approve high-impact launches from brief to execution.
- Quality Assurance: Final sign-off on all assets. Ensure consistency and innovation (video formats, motion design, GenAI tools).
- Stakeholder Alignment: Present creative roadmaps to university partners, CMO, and leadership quarterly.
- Trend Leadership: Interpret market trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging tech for cutting-edge solutions.
Skills & Qualification Required:
- Experience: 12+ years in creative roles (agency + in-house). Led 6+ person teams as Creative Head/ECD. Delivered B2C campaigns in a fast growth industry.
- Technical Expertise: Deep design systems mastery (Figma). Copywriting background with proven copy-design synergy.
- Education: Bachelors in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.
- Skills: Strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration (GTM, brand, performance), problem-solving, trend foresight.
