Job Description
Join our diverse team as a Sales Manager, Flow Controls, based in UAE, where you will play a vital role in driving business growth with local EPCs and OEMS across the UAE Hydro-Carbon and Power & Water markets.
We are seeking a candidate with a proven background in valves and instrumentation, who possesses deep knowledge of the local market landscape. In this role, you will collaborate with the Control Valves business group to identify market opportunities, develop tailored strategies to meet customer needs, and drive profitable growth. Additionally, you will provide valuable insights into industry trends to support decision-making and business development.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Developing new sales leads using your deep understanding of the customers, particularly applications of control valves in improving efficiency, safety and environmental compliance.
- Use your expertise in analyzing existing business strategies and recommending future growth initiatives, forecasts and intelligence.
- Developing and running a pipeline of sales leads, ensuring a flawless transition from business development to sales that meets business goals and targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers to optimally position Flow Controls solutions as No Equal or the preferred supplier.
- Drive Greenfields & brownfield projects in UAE and OEMs opportunities, throughout the accounts covered. Drive business engagements and influence project pursuits, in collaboration with Strategic Accounts, GP3 and GPP team.
- Participating in industry seminars and events representing Emerson and promoting its solutions in the market. Keep up to date with developments in products, industries and market trends.
- Ensure Business Unit plans, and key initiatives are consistent with account plans and are implemented in a timely professional manner. Assimilate Business Unit support as and when needed to support the business.
- Work closely with other Emerson Automation Solutions Divisions and increase pull-through content.
- Fulfil any other reasonable duties as required.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or any related field.
- Strong experience (12 to 15 years) in Sales, preferably in Valves.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Understanding of Control Valve and its applications, with Industry knowledge
- Strong presentation skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work at all levels, for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in English (verbal, reading, and writing)
