Job Description

What role you will play in team: Provide exceptional customer service to clients in relation to their banking and financial needs.

What you will do:Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and professional service delivery.

Key responsibility:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information on products and services offered by the bank.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services (preferred).
