Delivery unit related:
1. Identifying improvement areas of their squads within a tribe/platforms
2. Implementing required improvements for increased agile maturity of their squads
3. Coaching squad members to be autonomous, understanding agile practices and principles
4. Coaching squads to be self-organized (i.e. being able to run ceremonies and maintain best agile practices without a dedicated scrum master)
5. Running required trainings to their squads or wider audiences as when required
6. Monitor and track the progress of the maturity of squads and provide regular reports to the agile coach and other stakeholders
