Investment Banking Associate - Mergers & Acquisitions

What role you will play in team: Support senior bankers in executing mergers and acquisitions transactions, contributing to deal execution and client management.

What you will do: Conduct financial analysis, prepare presentations, and assist in due diligence processes for M&A deals.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis to support M&A transactions.
• Prepare presentations and marketing materials for clients and potential investors.
• Assist in the due diligence process, including reviewing financial statements and conducting industry research.
• Manage data rooms and track deal progress.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure deal execution efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with M&A transactions (preferred).
