Job Purpose - As Senior Manager, New initiatives and Business planningat Emirates NBD, your role is to

• Responsible and accountable for executing the strategic agenda for Business Banking, with the purpose of maximizing growth, market share & profitability for the segment
• The intended position is a role within Business Banking to focus on conceptualizing and driving new initiatives across the Business Banking Group including international locations
• Assisting the Head of Business Banking in developing plans for business growth, monitor and develop implementation across the entities.
• The role is a strategic one and will also include the Digital tribe of BUB for oversight strategic direction .
• Identifying and prioritizing decisions on various growth and profitability improvement initiatives including developing strategy and Align on Digital roadmap, monitor implementation
  
  

Responsibilities

• Collect relevant strategy information (business initiatives, internal data) across the division, identify and analyze growth opportunities, align with overall business strategy and plans
• Conduct in-depth research on Business Banking Strategy and Business Performance in banking and trends
• Detailed assessment of the Bank performance at all locations in this segment with comparison to competition
• Develop medium term and way forward plans covering financial, people, customer and processes.
• Align objectives and plans within and outside BUB Strategy and Business Performance, track and enable achievement
• Help Head of Business Banking to ensure that the target market is in line with emerging risks and profit pools
• Analyze markets to identify digital opportunities and generate new ideas, help define project design.
• Support with digital process change across 3 locations
• Assist with coordination of centralized initiatives across the Business Banking group such as recognition programs, workshops

Get Hired
• Should have around 15 years Business banking experience
• Qualifications : Master in Business Administration
• Degree from top-ranked universities (preferred majors are finance, accounting, economics, marketing, business administration)
• Specific experience in Retail Banking & Wealth Management/ Business Banking / Digital. Prior experience in UAE a plus
• Strong numerate, data analysis and data interpretation skills. Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage and lead projects independently
