Primary Purpose

• Support project-specific certification activities under guidance from Project Delivery Managers and Project Delivery Associates.
• Assist with certification data gathering, review, validation, and maintenance within electronic systems.
• Help track project deadlines, deliverables, and milestones using standardized tracking tools and templates.
• Maintain study documentation within electronic platforms, ensuring completeness and audit readiness.
• Perform basic quality checks by identifying missing information, inconsistencies, or deviations from defined workflows and escalating appropriately.
• Support coordination of virtual meetings, routine communications, and administrative study activities.
• Assist with preparation and formatting of technical and operational reports using standardized templates.
• Support study start-up activities, including training documentation and onboarding materials.
• Apply structured thinking and attention to detail to support accurate execution of delivery tasks.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
