Salesforce Tech Lead - Sales Cloud - Data Migration - SFDC Platform - India

Empiric are currently working alongside a global retail leader to find a Salesforce Tech Lead capable of handling a team size of 6 to 8 people working in different geographies. This will be in the area of Development and Support Tickets.

The Tech Lead should have good hands on Technical experience in Sales Cloud, plus CMD / Data Migration and SFDC platform.

The Salesforce Sales Cloud Tech Lead should Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers. Design, implement, and deploy Salesforce solutions to meet business processes. Also oversee all technical aspects of Salesforce projects.

Salesforce Sales Cloud Tech Lead knowledge /experience:

• Work type : CMD / Data Migration
• Proven experience with Data Migration
• Proven experience as a Salesforce - Technical Lead or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms and modules.
• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Certified Technical Architect) are a plus.
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
