- Role Overview:
You are being hired as a Fraud Investigator (Team Lead) to work with a fast-growing AI startup in Hyderabad, India. Your role will involve leading and mentoring a fraud investigation team, detecting and preventing fraud in large-scale annotation/data operations, driving investigations, reporting, and stakeholder management, as well as building prevention controls such as honeypots, anomaly detection, MFA, and geo/device checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a fraud investigation team.
- Detect and prevent fraud in large-scale annotation/data ops.
- Drive investigations, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Build prevention controls including honeypots, anomaly detection, MFA, geo/device checks.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fraud investigation, trust & safety, risk, or compliance.

- Strong data skills including SQL, BI tools, and analytics.
